Return Policy

At KYMU /design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@kymudesign.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Please provide a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). 
  • Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging, if possible, or in a secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return is rejected for any reason (e.g., item not in original condition, beyond the return period), we will notify you via email and return the item(s) to you.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
